Hi, I’m Simon, a British narrator and voice actor. I spent ten years with the Royal and Derngate Theatre in Northampton, working across their youth and adult drama groups. I took part in regular productions, workshops and performance projects, and this early stretch of work is where I first learned how to build believable characters and carry them through a performance.

I was also an active member of the Impact Drama Company, involved in everything from street theatre and small devised pieces to full scale shows. The variety of that work helped me develop a flexible approach to character building across different styles.

After several years in another career, I returned to performing through audiobook narration. I now draw on those earlier foundations to bring a wide range of characters to life on the page.

I primarily record from my vocal booth at my home in the Scottish Highlands.
